 Camping
Camping coordinator Kevin Kearney is now taking reservations for campsites. To do so, please e-mail him directly at: festkamp@yahoo.com
We will have a limited number of campsites with water and electric hook-ups for $50/weekend. A dump station is available upon leaving. All persons booking sites with hookups will need to coordinate their site with the camping coordinator.
There will be many more tent sites with no hook-ups for $40/weekend.
Camping tickets will be sold through our on-line ticketing link via Click N Print tickets and at our local ticket outlets.
PLEASE NOTE: Your camping pass purchase entitles you to a site with no hookups unless you can arrange an upgrade through Kevin Kearney. Also, the pass is for the camping site only and does not include admission to the event. All campers should e-mail the camping coordinator to ensure the best possible location to suit your needs. |

Hotels/Motels
You should be aware of the fact that there is pressure on our local hotel room inventory during festival weekend due to the National Baseball Hall of Fame Induction in Cooperstown.
We are attempting to locate rooms where we can. If you need assistance in finding a room, please consult the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce website through the link below. |
